Partner with Serum to deliver lab results directly to your patients' phones — with the tracking and context they actually want.
Three steps from your system to your patient's phone.
Integrate once using our secure REST API. Authenticate with a partner key and push results in a standard JSON format — no bespoke builds required.
Your patient links their Serum app to your clinic or lab with a single tap. Data only flows when they've explicitly opted in — you stay compliant, they stay in control.
Results appear in Serum as soon as you push them. Patients see their values, trends, and reference ranges right away — no portal login, no waiting.
Patients who understand their results have better outcomes. We make that easy.
Patients get results in an app they actually enjoy using — with charts, trend history, and plain-language context. Not a clunky web portal they'll never open again.
When patients can see their own trend data and understand what their results mean, they come into appointments better prepared and ask fewer "what does this number mean?" questions.
No PDFs to email. No portal uploads. Once the API integration is live, results flow automatically from your system to your patients with no staff intervention.
Patients increasingly choose providers based on digital experience. Offering direct-to-Serum delivery positions your clinic or lab as forward-thinking and patient-first.
Because Serum tracks results over time, your patients stay connected to their health data between visits — reinforcing the value of ongoing care with your practice.
Every data transfer requires explicit patient consent. No data is stored on Serum servers — it flows directly to the patient's device. Privacy by design, not by policy.
GP practices, functional medicine, longevity clinics, and direct primary care.
Regional and national diagnostic laboratories processing consumer or physician-ordered panels.
Mobile phlebotomy and at-home blood draw services looking to close the loop on delivery.
TRT clinics, sports medicine practices, and performance health programmes.
Privacy isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
All API communication uses TLS 1.3. Partner credentials are issued per integration and can be rotated at any time.
Serum does not persist patient data on its servers. Results pass through to the patient's device and are stored locally — nowhere else.
Patients must actively connect your organisation in the app before any data is delivered. You cannot push to a patient who hasn't opted in.
The partner dashboard logs every transmission — timestamp, result set ID, and delivery status — so you always have a record of what was sent and when.
